Baby Fruit Recipe
- 1 cup of cooked or ripe fruit (seeds and skin removed if necessary)
- 1 teaspoon of baby formula, breast milk, water, or infant apple juice

- 1 cup of well-cooked vegetable (seeds and skin removed if necessary)
- 5 tablespoons of baby formula, breast milk or water
Puree the ingredients in a food processor until it has the texture and consistency of mayo. Add more liquid as needed. Refrigerate or freeze immediately.
Baby Meat Recipe
- 1 cup of cooked beef
- 1/4 cup of water (can also try baby formula or breast milk)
Remove any fatty or tough pieces of the meat before cutting it up into small pieces. Puree in a food processor until you achieve a semi-runny consistency (thicker consistency if baby is older). Add more liquid as needed.
Baby Chicken Recipe
- 1 cup of cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup of water (can also try baby formula or breast milk)
Remove any skin or fat from the chicken before cutting it into chunks. Puree in a food processor until you achieve a semi-runny consistency (thicker consistency if baby is older). Add more liquid as needed.
Baby Fish Recipe
- 1/2 cup of cooked, white, boneless fish
- 2 tablespoons of water (can also try baby formula or breast milk)
Make sure there are no bones whatsoever. Puree in a food processor until you achieve a semi-runny consistency (thicker consistency if baby is older). Add more liquid as needed.
